Gates MegaSys™ MXG™ 4K Prize Draw

Official Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter is Gates Australia Pty Ltd 1-15 Hydrive Close, South Dandenong Vic 3175. ABN 36 006 576 754.

2. All residents of Australia & New Zealand that are direct customer of Gates Australia may enter, excluding Gates employees and their respective families, and people under the age of 18 years of age.

3. 100 prizes up for grabs, consisting of 100 x MXG Merchandise Packs (RRP: $29.99 per pack), including:
  a. MXG Cap
  b. MXG Pen
  c. MSG Wireless Charger
  d. MXG Mouse Mat
  e. Gates Stubbie Holder
  f. Gates Bottle Popper
  g. Gates Travel Mug

4. Prize includes delivery. Delivery of the prize will be within 30 business days after the draw.

5. Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

6. To qualify the participant must complete the Gates MXG Interest Form at https://info.gatesaustralia.com.au/MXG-TC.html and submit their contact details.

7. Promotion commences 4th March 2020 and finishes 31st August 2020.

8. Gates will track participants completing the interest form. The 1st-100th tickets drawn from the barrel will be declared the winners of the prizes as listed in clause

9. Total prize pool $2999 (Nationally)

10. Limit one prize awarded per customer.

11. The draw will take place 11am on Friday 4th September 2020 at Gates Australia Head Office, 1-15 Hydrive Close, Dandenong South, VIC 3175.

12. The winners will be notified via telephone & email.

13. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw for any unclaimed prizes at 11am on 2nd December 2020.
